Please take the time to read through this information carefully

Please note that by booking an appointment with Alpha Massage Clinic you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.


Bookings can be completed via phone/text/WhatsApp or via email. Once you have chosen a service and we have agree on a time you will receive confirmation via SMS/email; My full address will then be provided.

If you are a first time client I will also politely request you  to complete a short questionnaire which helps me to tailor the massage to your needs and also gives you a greater understanding of what to expect from our time together.


Of course I understand that life isn’t always predicable but please give atleast 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a booking so I can offer your appointment to another client.

Cancelling with less then 24 hours notice 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then you will be charged 50% of the fee for whichever service you have booked.

No shows

If you simply don’t turn up for your appointment then 100% of the fee will be charged.

Time keeping/ running late 

I love people who are punctual but please don’t arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment. This is to allow me to time to prepare and clean between clients.

Equally if you are running late then please call ahead to advise where possible. Please be advised that the appointment will still need to finish on time to keep the day running smoothly for other clients

Third party bookings

Outside of London

Where a booking has been made by a third party on my behalf then the charge will be 80% of my normal rates and any travel costs involved. The booking either needs to be paid for in advance by the client or a deposit taken. In the event of a cancellation without 24 hours notice then Andrew of Alpha Massage Clinic will receive 50% of his fee and any travel costs if he is already en route or arrived at the venue.


Where the appointment is due to take place in central London, Andrew of Alpha Massage Clinic published rates apply plus any travel cost. The booking either needs to be paid for in advance or a deposit taken. In the event of a cancellation without 24hrs notice then Alpha Massage Clinic is entitled to 50% of the fee and travel expenses if en route or already at the venue.

Health and safety

Andrew of Alpha Massage Clinic has received training as outlined on the About page. Andrew of Alpha Massage Clinic holds both public and professional liability insurance, which can be shown on arrival of an appointment.

Due to the nature of massage Andrew of Alpha Massage Clinic maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.

If Andrew of Alpha Massage Clinic is unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health he will not be able to work until he has fully recovered to protect the health of all clients. Similarly clients are asked not to attend for a massage if they are feeling unwell in any way.

Coronavirus / Covid 19

If you have any symptoms of COVID 19 or are living with anyone who tests positive for the Virus please cancel your booking and follow government guidelines ie take a test or self quarantine. On receiving a negative test result I will be happy to rebook without charge.  Your safety is paramount to me and I take the following preventive measures in line with the latest government guidelines:

  • Increased cleaning of all communal areas, treatment and shower room facilities
  • All equipment is sanitised before and after each appointment
  • All towels and massage table coverings are washed at 60c following each appointment
  • I take rapid lateral flow tests twice a week to ensure that I am operating safely; If I was to display symptoms or test positive for COVID 19 then I will inform you and rearrange your booking when  a negative result has been confirmed. I have had all my vaccinations.


Alpha Massage Clinic will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time at the premises.
